About SolacePsych

Meet Lillian

Lillian Fattouh is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and work-related stress or injury.

Her approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based care, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focussed Therapy, and trauma-informed principles.

Lillian’s style is gentle, compassionate, and practical - helping clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they build insight and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

Therapy that feels human, grounded, and real

Lillian believes that healing begins with understanding and connection. Her work focuses on creating a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of hope for change.

She tailors each session to your needs - integrating evidence-based strategies with a deep respect for your pace, values, and story.

Lillian believes that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and rediscover meaning in their lives.

Beyond the therapy room

Outside of her work, Lillian loves spending time in nature, especially near the beach. Dancing is one of her greatest joys and a big part of how she reconnects with herself.

She also cherishes time with her kids and family, whether it’s exploring new places or enjoying quiet moments together. These experiences keep her grounded and reflect the same balance, connection, and joy she encourages clients to cultivate in their own lives.
